We want you to feel good about your order. If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as expected, please contact us at happy-craftsy@happycraftsy.com or through WhatsApp so we can help.
Return window
Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to request help with a return or issue.
Condition of returned items
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition received, with original packaging when possible.
Custom and made-to-order items
Because many Happy Craftsy items are made or prepared specifically for each order, customized or personalized items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Return instructions
Please contact us before sending anything back. If a return is approved, we will send the correct return instructions by email or WhatsApp. Items sent without approval may not be accepted.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and work on a solution.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.
